Applause for August’s Outstanding Employees
Congratulations to Maritza Morales and Sekinat Solebo, who were named Direct Support Professionals of the Month for August 2014. Each month, Rimland’s associate executive directors of client services select one staff member from both the Developmental Training Program and the Residential Program to receive this honor.
As DSP of the Month in the Developmental Training Program, Maritza Morales was selected because she is energetic, comfortable working with all the individuals we support, and because she has a wonderful rapport with her colleagues and clients. A relatively new member of the Rimland family, Maritza came to us in April 2014. In her short tenure, she has garnered a reputation for being helpful and thorough, making sure she carries tasks all the way through.
Sekinat Solebo has been a team member with the Residential Program since 2009 and has worked in a number of our residences during that time. She is especially accommodating with covering open shifts, and she fulfills all tasks and responsibilities when covering a shift, qualities which make her an excellent choice for DSP of the Month in the Residential Program.
As this month’s honorees, Maritza and Sekinat each receive a $200 bonus.
Thanks for your great work, Maritza and Sekinat!
