Over the river and through the woods…
On the weekend of September 18, Rimland took our first trip to Wisconsin Dells. This was the first overnight trip for most of the participants, whether with Rimland or with anyone, and the trip was a big success. Among our adventures, the group took an exciting tour on the Original Wisconsin Ducks land/water vehicle. On the tour, we explored miles of woodland trails, roared down roller coaster hills, cruised along the Wisconsin River, and plunged into Lake Delton.

Participants also enjoyed a variety of meals out during the trip, including Paul Bunyan’s Cook Shanty, River’s Edge Grill, and Famous Dave’s BBQ. Amid all the outings and activities, we also took time to rest and relax. The group stayed at Baker’s Sunset Bay Resort in the Dells for three days and two nights, and before we knew it, the trip had come to an end.

Though we were glad to return to familiar faces and the comforts of home, we are already looking forward to our next adventure!
